An honest marketplace for elder care
Liberty Care connects families with independent, verified in-home care providers — non-medical caregivers, licensed home health agencies, nurse practitioners, and licensed residential care homes. We are technology and trust infrastructure, not a care agency: we don’t employ caregivers and we don’t deliver care ourselves.
Non-medical care is booked and paid for here. Medical providers — nurse practitioners and home health agencies — are listed for you to contact directly, and you arrange care with them.
No commission, ever
Providers set their own rates and Liberty Care takes no cut of them. We charge a flat monthly membership fee and nothing per booking.
Families pay no markup
Browse, choose your caregiver, and pay for care through the platform — with no added platform fee on top.
Verified before they’re listed
Credential verification and visit verification are built into the platform, not bolted on afterwards.
Verified by the system, not promised in a profile
In-home care is a position of deep trust. Liberty Care is designed so that trust is something we checked, not something someone typed.
Credentials checked at the source
Every licence, clearance card and registration is checked by a person against the official state or federal system that issued it — before a provider can be booked. In Arizona that includes the Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Insurance, shown honestly
Arizona doesn’t require an independent caregiver to carry liability insurance, so we don’t pretend they all do. Where a provider carries one and we’ve checked the certificate ourselves, their profile shows an “Insurance verified” badge. Nurse practitioners are required to carry it.
GPS-verified visits
Caregivers check in and out on location, so families get a real record that care happened where and when it should have.
Backup caregivers, built in
Families pick backups in advance. If the primary can’t make it, the backups you named are alerted first, then other verified caregivers nearby — and the first to accept is locked in.
Built for everyone at the table
Liberty Care makes money one way — a simple membership paid by providers. We take no percentage of any booking, which means caregivers are paid what they’re worth and families aren’t paying to prop up a middleman.
Add your caregivers to a roster and keep every licence, clearance card and certificate in one place — we check them the same way we check an independent’s. Send your own people to your own clients, take work that comes in through Liberty, and if a caregiver can’t make a shift, your roster gets first refusal before anyone else sees it.
Liberty Marketplaces LLC operates an online software marketplace connecting families with independent care providers. We are a technology platform, not a care agency or medical provider; we do not employ caregivers or deliver care. Families can book care in Arizona now.
